Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before the order is dispatched, whichever is earlier. Once the printed notes are dispatched through our courier partners, the order cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, please email us at padhainotes18@gmail.com with your Order ID.

​Refund and Return Policy:
At Padhai Notes, we provide high-quality physical printed study materials. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.
​However, we offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:
​The printed notes delivered are damaged or torn in transit.
​Pages are missing, or there is a major printing defect.
​The wrong subject or notes were delivered to you.
​How to claim a refund/replacement:
You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the delivery. Please send an email to padhainotes18@gmail.com with your Order ID and clear photographs or an unboxing video of the damaged/incorrect notes.
If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment (via Razorpay) within 5-7 business days.
